The personal information we collect is used solely to provide, improve, and personalize our Service. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and will not share or disclose your information to third parties except as described in this policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3-4 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

WHR does not refund shipping charges or cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged during transit.

Due to the volume of shipments, we cannot insure all packages and are not responsible for items after they have been handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Important Notice:
WHR is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, please contact USPS directly for further assistance. Insurance is optional. You may choose to add USPS insurance before checkout by contacting us; however, please note that once USPS marks a package as delivered, insurance will not cover stolen packages from mailboxes. While theft, loss, or damage is extremely rare, we recommend insurance for added protection.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit on other merchandise within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval. We do not provide refunds for shipping charges, nor do we cover return shipping unless the item is damaged during transit.

Returns for exchange must be shipped in a sturdy box to prevent damage. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations:
Requests to cancel an order must be made within 2 hours of purchase.

Vintage Items:
As these items are used, conditions may vary and are sold "as is." Please feel free to request additional photos or information before purchasing. We want you to be satisfied with your selection!

Damaged Items:
We offer refunds if a one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the item is replaceable, we will happily send a replacement or repair.

Final Sale Items:
Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit and are considered final sale. Custom or personalized jewelry items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

 

LAYAWAY

WHR does not offer traditional layaway, we do offer Sezzle as an option to pay out your purchase over an extended time period. Once your first Sezzle Payment has been completed your item will ship according to our shipping policy.

PROMOTIONAL POLICY

Unless otherwise explicitly noted, all promotional discounts and sales are limited to in-stock products only, are not valid on prior purchases, exclude products and excludes custom orders. 

The White Horse Resale reserves the right to amend these terms without notice, as well as restrict promotional discounts on any product at its sole discretion.
